Let me begin this by saying that my boys are now clamboring for a pasta machine and I do not think that we will ever buy packaged pasta again! Well, that's probably not true, but making fresh pasta was so simple. With minimal ingredients, we were dining on homemade fettucine in less than an hour. I don't think I still have my pasta machine from college; I'll have to get a new one.
When I saw a Groupon for Cucina Bambini in Willow Glen, I couldn't click "purchase" fast enough. And I booked our class for the first day of the boys' Fall Break. Joey, our instructor, was fun, helpful, and didn't mind Dylan's energy. He even put him to work, cleaning up all of the renegade flour when we were all finished. Win-win!
Here's how easy it is...
Now you're ready to roll!
Ready to cook! Since these are fresh it only took about 5 minutes in boiling water.
And ready to sauce and eat. We topped these with a marinara sauce and an alfredo sauce.
Pronto al tavolo!
