Matcha-Black Sesame MOffins

Okay, you might say that I'm more than a little enamored with matcha right now. I had a box of mochi flour calling my name this morning. So, I added some matcha, black sesame seeds, and plunked a roasted chestnut in the top. Breakfast!

4  eggs
1/2 C olive oil
1-3/4 C milk
1/4 C water
1/2 C organic raw turbinado sugar
1 T baking powder
splash of pure vanilla
3 T matcha green tea powder
2 t black sesame seeds
roasted, peeled chestnuts
1 box of rice flour

Whisk the eggs and oil together. Then mix in everything else, except the chestnuts. Spoon the batter into buttered muffin hollows. Press a chestnut into the top. Bake for about 30 minutes at 375˚F till the top of the MOffin is slightly browned. Let cool slightly, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
