You may post about Italian wines that match your favorite comforting braises or stews be they Italian recipes, or not. I'm picturing foods such as Braised Beef Cheeks over Garlic Gnocchi + Statti Calabria Gaglioppo 2015.
You can share your favorite Italian wine that you sip while curled up in front of the fireplace. Or tell us what wines do you open after a day on the mountain. Though we did just cover Italian sparkling wines in December, if you were inspired by another post, revisit an Italian sparkler that you might lift for a Valentines' Day celebration of cold weather fare. Be creative!
Not Only Wines
Though Italian wines will be a focus, if you would like to write about travel or food in Italy during the the wintertime, have at it. I always welcome a virtual trip to my favorite country!
