I recently became a contributing writer for a website that I love: Sunday Supper Movement. I've cooked alongside those bloggers for a few years now. I've participated in Sunday Supper events sponsored by the Idaho® Potatoes Commission when I made Gnocchi Poutine with Fenneled Curds and Gravy; the Beef Checkoff when I made Yam Nuea Yang (Spicy Thai Beef Salad); and Gallo Family Vineyards when I made Halibut en Papillote and Grilled Gruyère on Rye. So, when I was approached to pen some pieces about eating with children, I did a joyful jig. Food, cooking, and getting kids to eat and cook are some of my passions.
