My turn to ask a question.After seeing these fluffy delights at Bittersweet Chocolate Café and after seeing marshmallows made on the Food Network while staying at a hotel, I'm thinking about giving homemade marshmallows a shot...as a special treat to go with my spiced hot chocolate.

I've got an email in to my grandmother requesting a recipe. She just brought me some wonderful homemade marshmallows when she was here 2 weeks ago. They melt in your hot chocolate just wonderfully!
ReplyDeleteFantastic. Can't wait to try them. I was specifically looking for a recipe without high fructose corn syrup, but I figured I'd just substitute for maybe ginger syrup or a blue agave syrup I have.
