It's reveal day for Group A of October's The Secret Recipe Club. I was thrilled with the entry that Jane Evans Bonacci of The Heritage Cook did with my pumpkin biscotti recipe.
Her version added candied orange peels and hazelnuts. Oh, my! Thank goodness I have both of those in my cupboard. I think I'm going to have to whip up a batch of these tonight.
I am definitely going to cook some things from Jane's blog, starting with her Sweet Potato Hummus. Maybe I'll make it with pumpkin, though, for our Halloween camping trip. And her potsickers with a blood orange ponzu sauce and mini ceviche appetizer might just be dinner this week sometime.
