I love to revamp leftovers. So, when I had a few baked apple halves left from last night's dessert, I used them as an apple bowl, topped them with plain yogurt, and sprinkled them with coconut-lychee granola.

Baked apples: Wash, halve, core, and destem the apples. Place a pat of butter in the hollow, add a dash of ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cardamom, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
