SRC: The Cookin' Chemist Cooks My Coconut Chicken Soup

As always on the SRC (Secret Recipe Club)'s reveal day, I excitedly click through the links to see who had my blog and what inspired them.

I was thrilled to read The Cookin' Chemist's post about coconut chicken soup.

This was the first time she'd ever bought - and cooked with - Swiss chard. Hooray! Anytime I know that someone was inspired to try a fruit or vegetable that's new to them, because of something that I cooked or posted, I feel that I've made a difference. Perhaps that's silly, but it just made my day.
