In a small baking dish, drizzle the bottom with olive oil. Alternate making layers of tomato slices sprinkled with oregano and layers of feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is nicely browned. Serve with warmed pita bread.
D did a great job layering this dish for me. He very enthusiastically shook the dried oregano over the tomatoes.
