This is the honey butter I concocted to serve with our Presidents' Day Hoecakes, but I would use this in place of plain honey butter any ol' day!3 T wildflower honey
a pinch of fennel pollen
Mix in a bowl till well combined. Place in serving dish and sprinkle a few more pieces of pollen on top.
