Chocolate-Ginger Marshmallows, Part II

This is the easy part. After the marshmallows dry overnight, cut them and roll them in a powdered sugar-unsweetened cocoa mix so that they don't stick together.

I cut these into squares, but if you have mini cookie cutters, you can make some fun shapes.
