Day Four of Hot Summer Eats is upon us. And today, I am sharing a duet of recipes - one chilled soup and one non-lettuce salad, well, sort of non-lettuce. I had planned to share a cocktail, but it's the last day of school tomorrow and I was busy wrapping up wines, chocolates, and earrings. I'll reserve that tasty beverage for another day.
