This month, and to kick off our 2021 series, I am hosting this month's #FoodieExtravaganza. I shared with the group: "January is National Hot Tea Month. Let's share recipes for tea drinks, something you would serve at a tea party, or anything that uses hot tea for cooking (tea-poached fish, anyone?!). This topic is wide open! Be creative."
