Oven Crisped Bacon

Not sure this qualifies as a recipe, but if you've never tried it, do. I like that it's fairly low mess. And - most importantly - the bacon stays flat! Whenever I cook bacon in a pan, it curls up.

Step One...preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lay your bacon flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step Two...bake for 20 minutes. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate for draining. If using for baking, let cool completely before chopping. That's it!
