It doesn't take much to make rhubarb shine - just some butter, sugar, and my ridiculously easy tart crust.
1 C organic granulated sugar
2 T butter, thinly sliced
2 T white whole wheat flour
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake for another 45 minutes. Let cool.
Mmm, a dessert fit for spring.
