More Fogline Farm goodies went into this salad from Mozambique.
1-2 heads baby lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 peach, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Lay your rinsed and dried lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Arrange the tomato, peach, and avocadoes over the leaves. Sprinkle them with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
