Salada Pera de Abacate {Mozambique}

More Fogline Farm goodies went into this salad from Mozambique.

1-2 heads baby lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 peach, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced

Lay your rinsed and dried lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Arrange the tomato, peach, and avocadoes over the leaves. Sprinkle them with freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Lemon Dressing

1/2 C freshly squeezed lemon juice - (Thanks, Riley!)

1/2 C olive oil
1 T raw honey (traditionally they use peach syrup)

freshly ground sea salt
freshly ground pepper
