Meet Kathy of The Cheap Gourmet, one of my The Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap partners. Of all the bloggers who participated, it's funny that I was assigned to her and she was assigned to me. But, I am so glad that I was one of the lucky three who received her Potato Chip Cookies. [Click name to read her post and get her recipe.] You read that right: Potato. Chip. Cookies.

The boys were so enamoured with Kathy's creation, I think this qualifies as one of Riley's chosen cookies for this holiday season. We'll be making them this weekend.
