3 C chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
2 T pumpkin puree
1 t ground ginger
1 t ground cinnamon
1 t ground cardamom
1 t ground nutmeg
Cook the above ingredients over a medium flame till smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 c of nuts (I used sliced almonds) and a splash of lemon juice. Pour mixture into a foil-lined baking dish. Press crystallized ginger pieces into the top. Let cool completely. Cut into small cubes.
