Again, this doesn't really qualify as a recipe. It only has two ingredients and takes less than a minute. Well, one minute plus two weeks.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 fingers of Buddha's Hand citron
- 2 C good quality tequila (I used Sauza 901, feel free to use your favorite)
Procedure
Place the fingers in a jar. Pour the tequila over the top. Let stand in a dark place for at least 2 weeks before using.
