I love SRC (Secret Recipe Club) reveal day...when I get to see who had my blog, what they made, and if they were inspired. Susie surely was and reminded me that it's almost St. Patrick's Day. Time to make another batch of these - Irish Carbomb Cupcakes.

Here's my original post; I made mini-bundt cakes two years ago. Here's her version...yummy!
