I love starting off the week with the Secret Recipe Club. And I was especially happy to see Crystal, the Mrs., from Mrs. Happy Homemaker's take on my pesto stuffed potatoes.
I tend towards the mini when I cook; I don't mean mini-portions - people never leave my table hungry. And I definitely don't mean 'mini' in flavor, but I mean 'mini' as far as serving pieces. Amuse bouche, really. You can have lots of bites, but each one should be a treat for the senses. That's my goal anyway.
I was pleased to read that my blog was "a whole new world" and "intriguing" not scary. Hoorah! Here's the recipe that inspired her: Pesto-Filled Potatoes. Enjoy. I'm thinking of making these for our high-class tailgate before the Nutcracker this Friday.
