You can go to  this post  to read more about the sponsors, the prizes, and to enter the giveaway! Today's recipe uses ingredients from one of the event sponsors, Cabot Cheese . The only tough decision was deciding which one to use! Before I get on with the recipe, I want to talk about the cheese grater I received from  Cabot Cheese .  When I first looked at it, I thought: oh, it's cute, but I won't use that. I have so many cheese graters. But it turns out I was wrong. It's the pe...

Eat Better, Move More - in PACT Style #MomsMeet #Sponsor

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of  Moms Meet .   All opinions are my own. We've all heard it before because it's a simple formula. You can eat less, move more, or - ideally - you can do those two things in tandem. As I move into my mid-forties, I am definitely trying to be better about all of this. However, instead of 'eat less,' because that is exceptionally challenging as a food writer, I am making my mantra: eat  better , move more. We have six Garjects to send to our lucky readers. About the Garject... In all the years I've been seriously cooking (that's going on two decades), I have never had a garlic press. Okay, I guess I should clarify: I've had lots and lots of garlic presses; I have just never liked any of them!  So, I resorted to some mad knife skills while I usually used the presses once or twice, then shoved them to the back of the utensils drawer until Spring cleaning.  That is, until I receiv...
