Okay, I just got done telling someone that I was pretty fearless in the kitchen. I lied, apparently! Is there anything that totally and completely intimidates you?!? When I first met Jake, I told him that I didn't bake. All that measuring. Ugh. I've gotten over that phobia. But I still need to tackle the French Macaron. We just had some and my mom requested that I make them for my dad's 65th birthday. Wednesday. Oh, boy! Trying not to panic. Here's the recipe I was given...
