I created this recipe as an entry for the 2015 Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Blogger Recipe Challenge.* With my recipe, I wanted to honor local farmers by including artichokes - I am only about 5 miles from the self-proclaimed 'Artichoke Capital of the World - and local fisherman since it's still crab season. So, this was a natural combination for my recipe submission for the 2015 Healthy Solutions Spice Blends Recipe Challenge: crab-stuffed artichokes.
