It's almost as if they read my mind. My comments about the first package were that there was no real guideline of how much tea to use for each 6 to 8 ounces of water - enter the spoon! - and that I tend to steer clear of plastic - enter the stainless steel mug! We are huge tea fans in our household. Huge. And I'm always interested in learning more about companies who not only produce a favorite product, but do it with passion and heart. Okay, first, a disclaimer: techinically, 'tea' — white, green, oolong and black teas — comes from the same plant, called Camellia sinensis . Without  Camellia sinensis  leaves — think peppermint or chamomile  — it really isn't a tea. It should be called a tisane, an infusion, or a decoction of herbs, spices, or even fruits.
